A Message from the Headmaster
One of the greatest joys of my role as Headmaster is walking our halls and witnessing our classical curriculum come to life in the hands of our students.
The elementary years of our school are dedicated to capturing the imagination, absorbing foundational facts, and cultivating a profound sense of wonder about the natural world.
Mrs. Waugerman invited a member of our community to guide our second-grade students as they stepped into the shoes of early scientists to study the marvels of electricity. As part of their science curriculum, the students have been examining the beautiful order and laws that govern our universe. The lesson culminated in a wonderful hands-on project where they worked diligently to construct simple electrical circuits. There is truly nothing quite like the collective gasp of joy and the widening of young eyes when a student connects the final wire and their lightbulb brilliantly illuminates.
It is the joy of discovery that we strive for every day.
